Got DISC?  These reserved, task-oriented folks are focused on "getting things done RIGHT".   HIGH C's have acquired the nickname of "Analytical" over the years.  They prefer to be detailed and careful, and their priority is to follow procedure.  A HIGH C demonstrates competence and you set high expectations for others as well.  HIGH C's appreciate sincerity and acceptance from peers and colleagues.  They thrive on data and validation that provide complete explanation of systems and processes.  When you "need it done now RIGHT" (as compared to "right now"), call a C.

OHHH, those Steady styles.  Those reserved, people-oriented folks enjoy relationships, and help and support others in working together as a team.  We affectionately refer to them as "Amiable".  They love harmony and happiness.  We'll see them often in HR, therapy roles, teaching, and other areas of "helping others".
