As a D (Dominant), you thrive on Results, Action, and Challenge.  To you, others with the i (Influence) style may seem:

  • Social
  • High Spirited
  • Lively
  • Talkative

The i is motivated by enthusiasm, action, and collaboration.  They also share with you a faster PACE.  The i however has a people PRIORITY as compared to the task PRIORITY of the D

More about the "i" (Influence) Style  -  Stress & Motivation
Today’s deeper dive blog is about the “I” (Influence / Influential). We know that the “I” is a faster, active PACE and a more people-oriented PRIORITY.  I’d also like to add some other descriptors to your understanding here of the general “I” style:  outgoing, enthusiastic, optimistic, high-spirited, lively.  Along those lines, “I’s” are about 1) expressing enthusiasm 2) taking action, and 3) encouraging collaboration.  Their motto:  “Let’s Have Fun”.
