Interaction Between DiSC Styles: D (Dominant) with C (Conscientious)

The C is motivated by opportunities to use expertise or gain knowledge while providing attention to quality and accuracy. NOTE: When it comes to PACE and PRIORITY, the C has a more cautious, reserved pace as compared to the faster, assertive PACE of the D. This subtle difference in PACE may require a little “stretch” in certain interactions. The C has an objective, task-oriented PRIORITY similar to the D.

- High Spirited
- Lively
- Talkative
The i is motivated by enthusiasm, action, and collaboration. They also share with you a faster PACE. The i however has a people PRIORITY as compared to the task PRIORITY of the D.

These outgoing, task-oriented folks are focused on "getting things done". They have acquired the nickname of "Driver" over the years. Seeming impatient, they work and talk quickly in business situations. D's appreciate respect, results, getting to the point. Their attention wanders with generalizations. When you "need it done now", call a D.
